The committee of the Royalla Country Fair Association wishes to thank our many past sponsors, stall holders, volunteers and patrons for their support.

We welcome your continued support as a stall holder for our 2020 Country Fair, scheduled for 15th of March from 9am to 4pm. You can commence setup of your stall from 7.00am on the day and your stall setup and all vehicle movements MUST be completed by 9.00am when the Fair opens. For earlier setup, please contact us on the details below.

Confirmation of a reserved site will be provided to prospective stall holders once approved by the Royalla Country Fair Association and payment has been received. Site allocations will be advised approximately 2 weeks before the event. We will contact you via the email address you provided us on your application, including a site map and important information. You must provide details of your Public Liability Insurance when submitting your appliation.

Business Sponosrship Opportunities

We are anticipating a large crowd than previous events so the exposure for your business through a stall will be significant. You can further enhance your business exposure or support our event through sponsorship of the Fair. We welcome all sponsorship large or small in cash, goods or services. Exhibitor Site Expression of Interest Application and Costs

We invite you to submit an application to secure a site at our event. Please note that registrations for all sites other than the Show and Shine or Car Boot Sale will close at 5pm, Sunday 23rd February 2020.

With the dedicated hard work of the local volunteers and regional sponsorships, early indications are that the 2020 Royalla Country Fair will be bigger, brighter and more exciting than ever before, also incorporating the Royalla Country Fair Show and Shine. This is your opportunity to be involved.

All funds raised from this event go directly to the Royalla Country Fair Association which is then distributed for projects at the Royalla Common, including construction, infrastructure and landscape improvements to assist with the maintenance of what is a fantastic facility for the community of Royalla and regional ACT.

The regional community has already been accessing the facility for wedding ceremonies, birthdays and anniversary events, utilising the Elm Grove, ruins or the newly built Royalla Hall as a unique and local venue for their special day.

Your assistance through attending the event with a trade display, demonstration, stall, or car boot sale is welcomed.
